Instructions on Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. For goods which, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post (freight goods), the cost of return within Germany is estimated to be a maximum of approximately 200 EUR per item. Returns from other EU countries are subject to prior agreement.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

  • for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs;

  • for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded;

  • for consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, do not belong to a member state of the European Union and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of concluding the contract is outside the European Union;

  • for the supply of goods that are not part of our regular stock and have been specially ordered for the customer. In such cases, return or exchange, even partial, is not possible.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to partial returns.

General Notes

  1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Return the goods, if possible, in the original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide adequate packaging to prevent transport damage.

  2. Please do not send the goods back to us freight collect (“unfrei”).

  3. Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
