Shipping policy

1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Area
   We ship our products within Germany and to other countries in the European Union.
   Deliveries to other countries are available on request.

Our shipping partners are DHL and Hermes, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

1. Delivery Times
   Within Germany, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days after receipt of payment.
   For international shipments, delivery takes 6–12 business days, depending on the destination country.

If an item is temporarily unavailable or the delivery time is delayed, we will inform you promptly by email.

1. Shipping Costs
   Shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart before you complete your order and depend on weight, size, and destination country.

Example tiers (adjustable):

• Germany: €6.90 flat rate

• EU (outside Germany): €19.90

Shipping is free within Germany for orders of €450 or more.

1. Local Pickup
   Pickup is possible by appointment. Please contact us in advance by email at info@ambeparkett.de.

2. Transport Damage
   If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report this to the carrier immediately and inform us without delay.
   Failure to file a complaint has no effect on your statutory warranty rights, but it helps us enforce our claims against the carrier.

3. Shipment Tracking
   After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking number, which you can use to track the delivery status online at any time.
