🔧 Processing Instructions

Substrate Preparation

• The substrate must be dry, clean, sound, and free from oil, wax, and contaminants.

• Sand the wood floor thoroughly and remove all dust.

• For optimal adhesion, finish with a fine sanding (grit 120–150) before application.

Mixing Ratio

• Mix Component A (finish) with Component B (hardener) according to the manufacturer’s specified ratio.

• Allow the mixture to rest for 5–10 minutes, then stir again briefly.

• Usable pot life is typically 2–4 hours.

Application

• Apply using a microfiber or nylon roller, t-bar applicator, or spatula.

• Recommended application: 2–3 even coats.

• Intermediate sanding after the first coat with grit 150–180, then remove dust thoroughly.

Drying & Curing Times

• Dust-dry: approx. 1 hour

• Recoatable: after approx. 4–5 hours

• Fully load-bearing: after 12 hours
  (Depending on temperature, humidity, and film thickness)

Climate Conditions During Application

• Ideal conditions: 20–25 °C and 40–65% relative humidity.

• Avoid drafts and direct sunlight on freshly coated surfaces.

Tool Cleaning

• Clean tools immediately after use with water or LOBA Tool Cleaner.

Important Notes

• Always stir well before use.

• Protect the product from freezing.

• Do not apply to highly moist or heat-stressed substrates.

• For commercial floors, additional protection such as felt pads and DIN-approved castors is recommended.
