LOBA Viva – 1K Water-Based Varnish for Wood and Parquet Floors

A high-quality, single-component water-based varnish from LOBA, specially developed for parquet and hardwood flooring in residential areas as well as light commercial use.

🛠 Areas of Application

Suitable for parquet and wood floors in residential areas with normal to heavy use, as well as light commercial environments.

Particularly well-suited for renovation thanks to its high resistance to plasticizers from adhesives.

🔧 Application Instructions

Consumption: approx. 100–120 ml/m² (equals approx. 8–10 m² per liter) per coat.
Drying: Carefully walkable after about 4 hours; fully loadable after approx. 5 days.
Surface preparation: The surface must be professionally sanded, clean, dry, and free from old coatings, oil, grease, wax, silicone, and sanding dust.
Application: Apply evenly with a suitable roller (e.g., Deluxe 120 varnish roller or Microfiber 100–120). Maximum of 2 rolled coats per day is recommended to avoid excessive wood swelling.
Tool cleaning: Clean tools immediately after use with water.
Application temperature: 10–25 °C
Air humidity: max. 65%
