LOBA 2K FactoryStyle is a two-component, extra matt sealant for cementitious utility floor screeds and trowelled floors. The product was specially developed for the finishing of modern mineral design floors and reliably protects the surface from abrasion and daily wear and tear.
The sealant preserves the natural colour of the levelling compound and accentuates the puristic industrial look. In combination with LOBA FactoryBase, a reliable system is created for high-quality, seamless trowelled floors in residential and commercial areas.

🛠 Processing instructions
Substrate preparation
- The substrate must be dry, clean, load-bearing and free from dust, oil, wax and contaminants.
- Prepare cementitious utility floor screed according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Prime with LOBA FactoryBase before sealing.
- Observe the technical data sheet and system build-up from LOBA/Wakol.
Application
- Mix lacquer and hardener according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Apply evenly with a suitable roller.
- Avoid puddles and uneven layer thicknesses.
- Apply subsequent coats according to the technical data sheet.
⏱ Drying & Load-bearing capacity
- Drying depends on room climate, substrate and application quantity.
- Observe further processing and load-bearing capacity according to the technical data sheet.
- Maintain recommended climatic conditions for optimal results.
