LOBA UltraSport – High-Performance Finish for Sports & Multipurpose Floors

LOBA UltraSport is an extremely durable 2-component polyurethane water-based finish, specially developed for sports halls, multipurpose venues, gymnasiums and exercise rooms. This coating meets the highest requirements for abrasion resistance, elasticity and slip properties according to DIN 18032-2 / EN 14904, ensuring long-lasting safety, performance and a professional appearance.

🔧 Application Instructions

Subfloor preparation

• Sand wooden surfaces finely (grit 100–120), remove dust thoroughly.

• Abrade old finishes to matt.

Mixing

• Mix components A and B thoroughly in the specified ratio.

• Allow the mixture to rest for 5–10 minutes before use.

Application

• Apply evenly with a roller (microfibre 8–10 mm).

• Depending on the level of use, 2–3 coats are recommended.

Drying

• Allow each coat to dry and perform a fine intermediate sanding.

• Fully loadable after approx. 7–10 days.

• Processing temperature: 15–25 °C, humidity < 65%.

Court marking

• Lines and markings can be applied using LOBA colour concentrates.

• Storage: Store cool, frost-free and sealed in its original container.
