LOBA EasyFinish Neo – Premium Water-Based Parquet Varnish

LOBA EasyFinish Neo is an innovative 1-component, water-based parquet varnish that delivers the performance of a 2K system – easy to apply, yet highly effective in results. The varnish impresses with excellent durability, sustainability, and user-friendly application.

🧾  Technical Data

Consumption:
Approx. 100–120 ml/m² (approx. 8–10 m² per liter)

Drying Time:

• Dust-dry and carefully walkable after approx. 4 hours (at +20 °C / 50 % RH)

• Fully loadable after approx. 5 days

Application:

• Apply using LOBA roller Deluxe 120 or Microfiber 100–120

• Maximum of two roller applications per day

• No thinning required – product is ready to use

Processing Conditions:

• Room temperature: +15 °C to +25 °C

• Floor temperature: +15 °C to +22 °C

• Relative humidity: 40–75 % RH

• Wood moisture content: max. 12 %

 🛠  Application Instructions

The substrate must be clean, dry, and free from grease, wax, oil, silicone, and sanding dust.
Within 24 hours, no intermediate sanding is necessary; after this period, an intermediate sanding with grain size P120 is recommended.

EasyFinish Neo is not suitable for recoating old or factory-applied finishes.
For such cases, use LOBA 2K Duo.

Optionally, the varnish can be combined with:

• LOBA Whitener – for a lighter appearance

• LOBA Amberizer – for warm, reddish tones
